I'm Marcus Whitelock an ex-professional player turned professional coach and hitting partner. I spent several years competing on the ITF Futures circuit, gaining firsthand experience of the demands of high-level tennis. My journey has taken me across the globe, where I’ve played, trained, and coached in a variety of environments, each shaping and expanding my knowledge of the game.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with professional coaches and players from around the world. These experiences have given me unique insights into different coaching styles and elite performance systems, all of which have shaped my new coaching theory.

I've worked with a wide range of players, from top 300 WTA professionals to ITF Futures and Junior athletes, as well as committed amateurs. Now based in Melbourne, I’m building a high-performance coaching program and working as a hitting partner to competitive players across the city, including state-grade players.

After living, training, and coaching in Europe since 2020, I returned to Australia in 2024 with a fresh perspective and a drive to help players here access the complete, tour-level training they need to improve and become tour ready athletes.
